Consider this—money will have a greater influence on your life than almost any other commodity you can think of. Indeed, the sudden loss or acquisition of money will affect your attitude to a tremendous extent. Therefore, you must agree that everyone should have a deep understanding of exactly what money is, and of the laws governing its attraction. Yet, the sad fact is that not one person in ten does. Ninety-five people out of a hundred settle for whatever they get, wishing they had more all the way from the cradle to the casket, never understanding that they could actually have had all they
wanted.

Money Is Important
One of the most prevalent misconceptions concerning money relates to its importance. For example, how many times have you heard people say in conversation, “Money isn’t everything,” or “Money isn’t important,” or “I don’t care about money.” Well, the people who say these things might not care about money, but I’ll bet their car dealer cares about it; their grocer does; and so does the person who holds their mortgage. In truth, there can be no denial of the fact that money is important to any person living in a civilized society. Therefore, to argue that it is not as important as this or that is absurd. For nothing can take the place of money in the arena in which it is used.

Money Is a Servant
Now that I have affirmed the importance of money, let me backtrack to add this one word of caution—always remember, money is a servant; you are the master. Be very careful not to reverse that equation, because many people of high intelligence have already done so, to their great detriment. Unfortunately, many poor souls loved money and used people, which violated one of the most basic laws governing true financial success. You should always love people and use money, rather than the reverse.

Another myth many people like to accept about money is that it only comes as a result of “luck” or “good for-tune.” For instance, whenever people gather to talk about someone they know who has been financially successful, there is always someone among them who will say, “Harry was just lucky,” or “Harry was just in the right place at the right time.” But I want to assure you in no uncertain terms that although luck obviously plays some part in financial success, it is never sufficient in and of itself. Money is an effect and it must always be earned. Believe me, there are no free rides in this life and the only people who are making money the easy way either work in the mint or are on their way to jail, if they have not already arrived there. Therefore, always bear in mind that while good fortune is a factor in financial success, it must always be coupled with effort and hard work.

Money Must Circulate
A third thing you should know about money is that it is valuable only as long as it is being used. Once it has been taken out of circulation, it becomes as worthless as the old newspapers or empty beer cans that have been stashed away in the attic. To understand the truth of this principle, consider the following story. On a bookshelf, in my home, I have a silver beer stein that was given to me as a gift for a speech I made. Now, whenever I go into my house, I take all the change from my pockets and put it into the cup. Then, when the cup is almost full, I give it to one of my children, or one of two young cousins. Each of them takes turns receiving the cup and, of course, they eagerly anticipate their turn. The point I want you to notice, however, is that while the cup is being filled, the money in it has absolutely no value whatsoever; it just sits there, serving no useful function and drawing no interest.

However, as soon as the cup is filled and the money is turned over to one of the kids, it literally “flies into action.” No, there really isn’t any dispute about it; money is not meant to be taken out of circulation—rather, it is meant to be used, enjoyed and circulated.

Prosperity Consciousness Exercise
Now that we have touched upon some of the characteristics of money, let us turn briefly to a simple technique that you can begin using immediately to start attracting the amount of money you desire. The first thing that I want you to do is to picture yourself, in your mind’s eye, sitting in a room with several of your friends. Then, I want you to imagine yourself announcing to them your intention of becoming wealthy; at least, wealthy enough to live the way you choose to live.

Now, imagine how that would make you feel. If you are like most people, you would probably feel very uncomfortable. Perhaps you would feel so uncomfortable, that you might even retract what you had said by informing your friends you were only joking. You should understand, however, that people who are wealthy never feel uncomfortable when the subject of money is brought up. “Why don’t they?” you ask. The most obvious answer would be because they already have lots of it. But that is not the correct answer. You should realize that people don’t feel comfortable about money because they have it; they have it because they feel comfortable about it. In other words, one of the reasons that wealthy people have money is that they have developed that state of consciousness we can refer to as a “prosperity consciousness.” Therefore, it follows, if we wish to attract money to ourselves, we must begin to foster a prosperity consciousness as well.

The question you should now be asking yourself is this: “How do I go about developing this prosperity consciousness for myself?” Let me explain. The best way to develop a prosperity consciousness is to start seeing yourself, in your mind’s eye, already in possession of the amount of money that you desire. Since the subconscious mind cannot distinguish between the actual possession of money and mere visualization, you will soon become very comfortable with the “idea” of money. As a result, you will start attracting it to yourself.

This may sound like a game you are playing, but let me assure you, it is one of the wisest things you can possibly do. For when you succeed in convincing your subconscious mind that you are wealthy and that it feels good to be wealthy, your subconscious mind will automatically seek ways of making your “imaginary” feelings of wealth manifest themselves in material
form.

Fear Not
Now that I have touched upon a technique that will help you acquire wealth, let me offer this further word of warning. If you want to have money, one thing you should never, ever do is worry about whether or not you will get the money you desire, or whether you will keep it.

If I had a superpower and could grant you the lifestyle you wanted, what would that look like?

Now, let me ask you: Is that what you really want? I've noticed what people really want is modified by a few boundaries that are, for the most part, imaginary or imposed by others.

You must separate what you want from what you think you should want. Do I want this because my parents told me I should want it? Because society wants it? Because you think it will get you more favor with the opposite sex?

Many men secretly make decisions only after having conversations with replicas of their parents, friends and a "desirable female" template inside their minds.

You may have not noticed it yet, but if you pay attention to the conversation which goes on in your head before you make a decision you'll find yourself passing through a series of these templates you've constructed.

This is not bad if you realize it and take it for what it is - just a little more input for the decision. The mistake comes when you mistakenly think it is your desire or input.

"How would you have lived differently if you had never tried to please your father? If you never tried to show your father that you were worthy? If you never felt burdened by your father's critical eye?" (The Way of the Superior Man, by Deida p. 19)

Do it totally because you want to, because you've considered the options and still want it� (Be More Selfish)

Next, is it bounded by what you think is possible?

If you really want to build the coolest skyscrapers in Manhattan but are settling for building townhomes in Podunk, Arkansas because you feel like you can't measure up, then free yourself. You're compromising your own masculine power and everyone around you can feel it when they're in your presence.

"How do you propose to force your ideas on them?"
"I don't propose to force or be forced. Those who want me will come to me."
Then the Dean understood what had puzzled him in Roark's manner.
"You know," he said, "you would sound much more convincing if you spoke as if you cared whether I agreed with you or not."
"That's true," said Roark. "I don't care whether you agree with me or not." He said it so simply that it did not sound offensive, it sounded like the statement of a fact which he noticed, puzzled, for the first time.
"You don't care what others think - which might be understandable. But you don't care even to make them think as you do?"
"No."
"But that's, that's monstrous."
"Is it? Probably. I couldn't say."

You might fail. You might get to Manhattan to build the coolest skyscrapers ever seen and find yourself barely living in terms of income, but you'll be full of Life. This will attract others to you. Before you know it opportunity will find you. When this core of purpose and masculine power is focused others will "fall under the spell of your power."

Roark says, "I don't propose to force or be forced. Those who want me will come to me."

But, even worse than others sensing your lack of power, you'll feel it too, you'll know you're not living up to your fullest potential. You'll know you're not a Warrior and can therefore, never be a King. This will sap your energy. It will be difficult to attract and keep a woman. Business deals will fall through. Projects will not get started or will never be finished.

Your life will slip away one day at a time until you're on your death bed, full of regrets.

Decide now to accept nothing less than your fullest potential and go for your Ideal Lifestyle.

Here's my Ideal Lifestyle (in shortened, less specific form):

My time is my own. I don't have a set schedule. I can work from anywhere: this week it may be a nice cottage on the beach, next week a Hotel Suite overlooking Central Park. I have at least one beautiful woman in my life who thinks I'm the greatest Man to ever walk the earth. I earn the majority of my income through passive investments. The rest of my income comes from writing on subjects I care about.

The steps to designing your ideal lifestyle are:

1. Think about what you would do if anything were possible.

2. Distinguish what you want from the voices of influence so you get to your pure desire.

3. Make a list of things you do not want to deal with. (My list: set schedule, office, employees, etc.)

4. Create a picture of your Ideal Lifestyle.

5. Answer: How would I know if I�m there?

6. Create a list of �next steps.�

7. Work on the next step each day.

Don’t Stifle Your Cash-Pulling Creativity

Most marketers don’t realize that they’re selling themselves short when it comes to profitable idea generation. Most of us go by the rules – seeking out and the following a proven formula for success.

It’s easy because we read what someone else has said works, implement a cookie-cutter approach, and start to see some results. Even if they’re small results, we’re elated because at least it’s something.

Tiffany Dow teaches, in her new eBook Building an eBook Empire that you have to veer off the beaten path from time to time and give yourself the opportunity to shine in the spotlight. Unless you create a breakout product or develop an innovative idea, you’ll always be trailing the top money-producers on the ‘net.

If you really want to see the amount of money that you’re making explode, then you’re going to have to think outside the box. Only then will you be able to set yourself apart from your competition in the eyes of your target audience and position yourself as an authority figure in your niche.

You may be able to find that there’s a void that needs filling that your competitors haven’t yet discovered. Whatever it is that your customers are searching for, but are unable to find online, this is where you want to make gains off of the other guys’ shortcomings.

Not following the leader will help you advance in the money game. Be willing to be the first to do something, whether it’s a new traffic strategy you’re teaching, or new customer service technique, or a creative product idea that has everyone buzzing about it.

There are so many different ways to figure out what needs still aren’t being met. You can post a survey or questionnaire on your website asking people what they would like to see developed. You could also ask questions of people on forums or spend some time watching TV or looking through magazines to see what the average consumer is interested in.

Once you find your answer, you need to develop the product that will fill this need. You can even create your own niche for a product that already exists. For instance, people created clothes and display cases for Ty Beanie Babies and made a lot of money off of that.

You could even recreate an older product by looking at books that are now in public domain. These books could be spruced up for you to sell. Your other option is to improve upon an existing product that’s already successful. You would be fixing the weaknesses in a product by making yours, which is better than what already exists.

Be willing to eke out your own place as a leader in the marketplace, and don’t fall in line and conform with what’s considered the “norm.” Being different, in the case of online sales, can make you rich. Pick up a copy of Building an eBook Empire

all you have to do is simply 'feel good' ...

I didn't believe it.

I thought that there had to be something more to it. I thought that
it was simply too easy to work. And after all, I'd felt good before
but never seen money come into my life, or my perfect relationship!
So I dismissed that idea pretty quickly.

'Feeling Good' is the core teaching of Esther and Jerry Hicks who
were the first ever to coin the phrase, The Law of Attraction.

That got me thinking....

Why do you think these people would make such a statement??

The truth is that 'feeling good' really is all you have to do. I
now understand this because I've practiced it.

You see... when you feel good for 10 minutes, but for 50 minutes you
feel negative. The dominant vibration that you send out is one of
negativity. This negative vibration that you emit goes out to the
universe more than a positive, fast vibration of feeling good.

Think of it like this .....

If you were to pour into a cup 3 table spoons of boiling hot water
but you also added 13 table spoons of cold water.

Would that cup contain hot or cold water?

Most likely it would be cold, going on luke-warm!

This is the same with your manifestations. They are most likely
sporadic in nature unless you can maintain those boiling hot table
spoons of water.

Eventually, if you keep adding hot table spoons of boiling water,
then the cup will overflow and dilute the cold water until you're
left with a cup of boiling hot 'feel good' water! :)

And that really is all there is to manifestation.

The more consistent you can be with 'feeling good' then the more
consistent your manifestations will be. Before long, you'll find
yourself thinking of something you want, then you won't give it
another thought and you'll see it manifest into your experience.

Why?

Because you'll be emitting high and fast vibrations of 'good' which
will continue to attract 'good' into your life effortlessly.

If you don't believe me - try it.

Test this stuff out, just like I did.

You'll be amazed at what you can experience.

What can you do, RIGHT NOW?

- Make a list of everything you like about your partner?
- Go for a walk in the woods?
- Tell your Mum or Dad that you love them?
- Meditate?

Whatever it is that can make you feel good is what you should be
doing all of the time. Forget about the stresses and strains of
life. That stuff is just called 'what is'.

Here's a nugget of reality for you....

If you continue to stress and worry about events in your life then
you are going to attract more of it - it's as simple as that!

If you can feel good, NOW, then you're energy will shift and you
will begin to attract more things you associate with being good.

Top 10 limiting beliefs

1. Fear of our GREATNESS
For many people this is the biggest one, though often the least discussed. What if I was really GREAT at my own business? My job? As a spouse/partner? As a parent? As a public speaker? Etc.
What would other people say? What would my "friends" say if I suddenly outshone them or my income took off? I bought my dream home or my dream car etc?
For most people this is one of the most uncomfortable thoughts they can consider, and as a result holds more people back than almost anything.
As Marianne Williamson said in her book, a Return to Love (1992):
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us."
And also:
"Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you"
and:
“As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously
give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others”

2. Fear of Not being (good) ENOUGH
If you have a dream or a desire to be, have or do something, then you already have everything you need within you to achieve that dream. You already have all the skills, talents and abilities that you need.
You cannot be given the dream and then not have the resources to achieve that dream.
So many people hold themselves back by feeling they need to read one more book, take one more course/seminar or do one more thing before they go for their dream.

3. Fear of NOT being LOVED
This is quite closely linked to the previous belief. Often people fear that if they are their true selves, people will not like and love them and they will lose their friends and end up alienated and alone.
Many people go through life trying to BE who they think other people- family, friends, employers, employees, partner etc- want them to be, in order to win love and acceptance from those people.
The most important person, however, is ourself. It is far more important to totally LOVE & ACCEPT ourselves exactly as we are. Once we can do that, we attract to us people who also love and accept themselves and they can then love and accept us exactly as we are.
Our Angels, Guides, The Universe and Our Creator love us exactly as we are. Children and animals do as well. We don't have to pretend to be something we are not to love ourselves and to be loved by others

4. Fear of Rejection
This comes in different forms, from not asking for the date with the person you really want to be with, to being afraid to make that all important call or being afraid to ask for the raise you deserve or not asking for the order, just in case the person says "NO".
Well, what if they do? What's the worst that could happen? Probably nothing much, yet they might say YES! In most cases, people are not rejecting you as a person; they are most likely simply not accepting what you are offering to them.
Success is a matter of ASKING, and keep ASKING until you find the right person who can help you achieve your dreams. If someone says NO to you, it's a signal to either change your strategy or ASK someone else.
Look at a child who wants an ice- cream in a shop. What do they do? First they ask Mum, then Dad, then Grandma or Granddad, and if that doesn't work
they change tactics. Do they eventually get their ice-cream? Frequently. And when they don't, they ask for sweets in the next shop or a cake in the next and a toy in the next- just for good measure!
One tip: ASK with the biggest SMILE you can and start nodding your head! It is amazing how often people will follow you and agree to your request.

5. Fear of FAILURE
What if I try this, and it doesn't work out? Failure is often considered to be something bad, to be avoided at all cost. However, it is the flip side of success, and in order to succeed you need to try different things- some will work out, others won't.
Most successful people don't use the word failure. In fact they consider it simply as a learning experience that showed them a way that didn't work, and try another approach, while still moving towards their dream.
You can decide how long you allow yourself to feel bad or you can move on and try the next thing.
OK, other people may laugh at you or talk about you for a short time. Most likely they are too busy with their own lives and problems to even notice you or anything that may have happened to you.

6. Fear of SUCCESS
This is closely linked to most of the above, especially number one.
People often fear the positive changes, maybe extra responsibility, that great wealth and success brings.
They get caught in all the old negative programming about rich people being mean, selfish, arrogant and not spiritual and that money can only be acquired by foul means, and decide that it is not for them.
They get caught in negative thoughts of people begging for money and others taking it away from them, or what if they make it and then lose it? How much of an idiot would they look then to their friends and family?
Yet, Success and Abundance is our birthright.
We were not meant to live in poverty or stress. Once we hook up to our source of Abundance, we know that money is like air- there is always more than enough for everyone, and it flows as freely as air.
The more Abundance you have, the more you can freely give to others and help them to improve their lives. Abundance is very spiritual. Money builds homes, schools, hospitals, and many other great things.

7. I don't DESERVE/ I am not WORTHY of SUCCESS
Who decides who is worthy/deserving of success or not?
It is not the Universe or our Creator because they want us to have all the abundance we can handle. Our natural state is joy and abundance.
What are the criteria for someone to be considered worthy/deserving of success? Is family background? education? age? sex? religion?
You can CHOOSE for yourself that you are worthy of success and abundance. Claim your birthright NOW!

8. Rich People are…
“all mean, selfish, arrogant, unspiritual crooks who have made their money by cheating others.”
If you hold these beliefs then it is likely to be very difficult for you to allow yourself to have great wealth. If that is how you see rich people, then it is unlikely you would really want to become one.
Today there are more and more "Enlightened Millionaires" (Robert Allen & Mark Victor Hansen- The One Minute Millionaire 2003) than ever before.
These people made their money by SERVING others and helping them grow in every sense of the word.
They know and understand that the more abundance they allow to flow to themselves, the more they can help others, and the quicker and easier poverty is eliminated.

9. I have layers of deep-rooted beliefs that hold me back
A belief is a thought and You can choose your thoughts. In any instant you can choose an empowering belief or a dis-empowering one. Why choose to hold onto old beliefs and keep bringing them back up. Let go of them.

10. I have to work long and hard for my money
Why? That is often a pattern that many of us saw from our parents.
Yet for many people, working longer and harder does not actually produce more money or a better quality of life. Most millionaires only work long hours if they choose to, and many of them do not work particularly "hard". Wealthy people create money through creative ideas.
If you follow your heart and your passions, money will follow and your means of earning money will seem like PLAY

11. You need money to be able to make money, and I don't have any!
Many great fortunes have been built from nothing, sometimes less than nothing. Creativity and ideas are the starting point of riches. There are plenty of people out there, who have more money than time, and who will back good ideas.
Money is an energy and creating money begins by creating wealth in your mind. By living and experiencing great wealth, and truly knowing and believing that it is on its way to you because you deserve it.
It begins by BEING wealthy and abundant in your mind, and making it so real that the physical then must catch up.
Some suggestions:-
Go shopping for a luxury car, your dream home, go and have a coffee or a drink in the cafe or bar where the millionaires meet or buy yourself a small item from the best store in town.
Mix with the people you aspire to be like. Many of them are very pleasant, very approachable people. You will soon become like them.

Here are 31 of the most powerful motivation hacks you can use to increase productivity and attain greater fulfillment in life.  I have picked some of the most useful tips from quality blogs and classic texts (so some may sound familiar) and added a few We The Change nuggets.  Enjoy!

31. Make it FUN

You will never be motivated to do something that makes you feel sad, scared, depressed or bored.  So find a way to make the project exciting.  If you can not, consider a way to achieve the top-line objective in a different manner, one that does not entail such drudgery!

30. Make a habit of visualization

One of the most powerful motivation tools which most people simply do not employ.  Set aside 5 minutes each day and practice seeing yourself achieve your loftiest goals.  This will be hard at first, but will eventually the mind will de-clutter and lead you down a much clearer path.

29. Get a buddy with similar goals

Can you do it alone?  Absolutely!  But, goals are easier to accomplish when you work in tandem with a partner who has synergistic objectives.  And they are out there; all you have to do is look and ask!

28. Cultivate patience

No matter how motivated you are, things do not always happen immediately or when you want them.  Therefore it is absolutely imperative to develop great patience, and allow your goals to manifest naturally.

27. Get a life coach or business mentor

Life coaching and business counseling is taking off, and for good reason!  These individuals are trained to listen and help you take productive action.  From my experience, attaining a good life coach is motivation in its purest form.

26. Create smaller, manageable tasks

It is so easy to get lost in a sea of inactivity when we are constantly thinking about the big, massive goals we set for ourselves.  It is certainly OK to create long-term goals, but make sure you constantly bring your attention to the smaller, actionable tasks that move you forward.

25. Get into nature, frequently

Spend 10 minutes looking up at the stars on a very clear night.  OR, take a ½ hour and lie by the beach listening to the waves roll in.  OR, go for a walk in the woods.  When doing this, be there fully and soak in the natural beauty that is all around you.  Is there anything more motivating than this?

24. Take a class

People lose motivation because they are bored.  Taking a class in something that interests you is a wonderful way to “un-bore” yourself.

23. Be conscious of your urges to STOP, expect them

No matter how motivated you are, there will be moments when you will lose it.  That’s OK—in fact, the most productive people expect these down cycles and learn from them.  When this happens to you, be patient and figure out what activity can snap you out of it.

22. Ask for the honest advice of people you respect!

Another nugget of wisdom that most people forget about—TAKE ADVICE, especially from people that you respect.  You will come away with a different perspective of your mission, and feel freshly motivated!

21. When you take time off, do not even think about it

You need to take breaks in order to manifest fresh ideas.  When resting, REALLY rest and train your brain not to think about your larger ambitions.  This will also be hard to do at first, but can benefit you greatly in the long-term.

20. Make a big public commitment. Be fully committed

I got this one from my friend Leo at Zen Habits, and I love it!  He says “this will do the trick every time. Create a blog and announce to the world that you are going to achieve a certain goal by a certain date. Commit yourself to the hilt”.  Thanks Leo, you have certainly motivated me :)

19. Repeat positive affirmations

Create 2 or 3 sentences that state your objectives and repeat them out loud sometime during the day (preferably in the morning).  Introducing your intentions to the subconscious mind is a powerful motivation tool.  Click here for more on affirmations.

18. Limit your intake of “world” and “local” news

Why?  Because for the most part it is totally DE-motivating.  AND, you may be surprised to hear this, but you do not need to know everything that’s going on in the world, all the time.  Take a break from it.

17. Stretch first thing in the morning

Stretching for 5 minutes upon waking can shift your outlook in an often surprising way (brings your attention inward), so get the blood flowing in the a.m.!

16. Surround yourself with positive quotes

Tape some positive quotations on your computer monitor, put them in your pocket, slap them on your steering wheel etc…This is a simple method for keeping the positive and motivating vibes going.

15. Put yourself in a situation to get “small wins”

Attaining a consistent sense of accomplishment is crucial to staying motivated.  Checking things off a to-do list (and knowing you don’t have to go back to it) should make you feel good, and motivate you to be more productive.

When achieving these small wins…reward yourself with something meaningful.  It is not really a “win” until you feel good about it, right?  This is something most people simply do not do, and they go from one task to the next in a perfunctory fashion with little enjoyment.  Treat yourself, you’re worth it!

13. Have a clear, clutter-free work environment

Clutter in your physical space translates to clutter in the mind.  Have a clean, fresh space to work in and your thoughts and actions will follow-suit.

12. Do the most important task, or tasks, right away!

Right after a good stretch, take care of two of the most vital tasks you have for the day.  This will give you a nice sense of accomplishment and motivate you for the remaining work hours.

11. Pick The Brain of someone who has achieved a similar goal

No matter how outlandish your goals are, chances are someone has achieved something similar.  Better yet—chances are this person was less qualified, less intelligent, and in all had less “going” for him/her.  Find out how they did it…

10. Keep a journal of your progress

You don’t need to do this every day (you can if you want, but sometimes this gets too time consuming…and it’s not good to journal just because you feel pressured to do so).  Alternatively, write whenever you feel like it, and feel proud of your progress.

9. Get stuck in it!

This is another way to say, “just do it”.  You’ll often find that whatever you’ve been putting off isn’t as bad as you thought, and doesn’t take that long.

8. Write Your own Eulogy

7. Set AWESOME goals for yourself

I say “awesome” because writing out goals should be a fun and inspiring experience!  If goal writing stresses you out, then you should not be doing it (or change your mindset, as it should excite you to envision the life you want to lead).  You can see my goals for 2008 here!

6. Try using different types of music to fire you up

Music has the unique ability to generate feelings within us that mere words sometimes can not do.  Find music that is right for your mood, and use it smartly!  Here are 5 Great Albums to listen to in the morning.

5. Believe that you can do whatever you are planning to do

You don’t have to know HOW you are going to achieve your goals, but you do need to have an unyielding inner belief that you will accomplish them.  Just KNOW that you are going to do it, and you will find yourself constantly stimulated.

4. Set a short-term EXERCISE goal, and achieve it!

Tell yourself you will successfully jog 2 miles within the next two weeks without a rest.  OR, do ten straight push-ups.  OR, complete a full Bikram Yoga class.  The point is to set a realistic goal for your body, achieve it, and set the stage for the mind!

3. Be OK not knowing everything

How is this motivating?  Because once you realize that you will NOT always know exactly what to do each and every moment, you can relax and allow the best solution surface naturally (which it has a tendency to do in a relaxed state).

2. Watch thoughts like “I can’t do that” or “I can never pull that off”

I say watch them because there really is no getting rid of them, as they exist for every human.  But you can become an observer to your negativity, and start realizing that it is a mind-created tool that only limits you.  Once you get a different perspective, you can by-pass the negative thoughts and allow pure action to transpire.

1. Every day, commit to doing at least two things proactively

It is critical to be “moving forward” every day.  No matter what happens, make sure you are doing at least two daily actions that put you closer to your ultimate goals.  Most of us spend 99.9% of our time in reactionary mode, and this is ultra-un-motivating.

Tips to Transform Your Body Faster

There are a few things that you can do besides eating well and exercising that will expedite your physical transformation:
1. Stay positive
Believe that transformation is possible even when you haven’t seen the changes that you want yet. I am sure that you can site many examples in your life where you didn’t expect something to happen and then whoa, there it was. If you don’t have enough evidence of your own, look around you. Do you know someone who thought they’d never get the job, meet that special person, or lose the weight, and then they did? Haven’t you read amazing stories about people overcoming obstacles and creating tremendous transformation in their lives, many against great odds? These are just people too, like you and me; anyone can overcome.
There is one thing that you can be sure of in life, and that is change. Make sure yours happens quickly, and in the way you want, by staying positive and then taking the steps that you know you should take.
2. Stay in the moment
If you think about your end results, the work becomes overwhelming. Just do what you know you can do today, and when tomorrow becomes today, you’ll deal with that.
3. Keep your expectations low
Don’t expect too much too soon, you’ll only get discouraged. Aiming high is nice to say but truly it is easier to stay positive if you set your sites on realistic, smaller goals.
4. Eliminate temptation
Remove distractions like foods that you don’t want to eat and people who have habits that you are trying to break. Surround yourself with people and materials that mirror the changes that you want for yourself. Hang out with happy, healthy people, read inspiring books, and listen to some great music that motivates you to get moving and take action.
5. Stop using excuses
There are always excuses; I am sure you have heard, or used, them all. When your desire to change becomes greater than your fear of changing, the excuses will go away -- nothing will stop you from becoming the new you. Even though you may not be able to change the underlying reasons why you haven’t yet accomplished your goals, you can start by removing some of the actions and thought processes that encourage you to stay stuck. Enough with the excuses!

When I first heard about Manifest a Miracle,I thought to myself, “oh great, another product rehashing The Secret”. It seems like there’s way too much redundant information on the Law of Attraction out there, and nothing ever seems to work. But my friend urged me to grab a copy, citing his own success. So I bought it, just to humor him…
Man, was I ever wrong!
Manifest a Miracle is easily the best Law of Attraction book I’ve read to date, and I’ve devoured them all!
First off, what all other manifestation products lack, this one embodies from beginning to end. Within three days of starting my own schedule, I was feeling fantastic! Two days later and I found my first desire had manifested.
